Returns & Refund Policy | RC Leotards

At RC Leotards, we strive for the highest quality in our gymnastics leotards. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

• Custom-made and personalized leotards cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Standard items may be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Adjustments to a custom-made leotard may be possible upon request, but additional costs may apply.
• If a sizing issue occurs and the correct size was delivered based on fitting samples, we are not responsible for exchanges.

Refund Process

• Approved returns will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• Any damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• If the error is on our part, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom-made leotards
• Used or washed items
• Orders returned after 30 days
• Gift cards and downloadable products

Club Orders & Reordering

• Reorders for clubs can be placed twice per year (March & September) at no extra cost.
• Orders outside these periods will incur a 10% surcharge per leotard plus shipping.
• Reorders have a 10-14 week production time, similar to initial orders.
