General Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with RC Leotards, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following delivery and payment terms. By making payment for the invoice, the customer automatically agrees to these terms and conditions.
1.1. After placing an order, you will receive a digital confirmation. The agreement is established once RC Leotards accepts the order and confirms it.
1.2. If RC Leotards is unable to fulfill the order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. In this case, the agreement is dissolved without judicial intervention, and RC Leotards is not liable for any damages.
1.3. The delivery time is 8 to 12 weeks after full payment of the invoice. This applies to both standard orders and custom-made products. This applies to large bulk orders as well as individual reorders.
1.4. Clubs may place reorders twice a year, in September and March. These reorders will be invoiced collectively, and no additional shipping or extra costs will be charged. There is no minimum quantity required for these reorders.
1.5. If a club places additional orders outside these two designated periods, a 10% surcharge per leotard will be applied, and shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
2.1. The customer may cancel/revoke the order. This must be done in writing. Within 7 days of approving the quotation, a 30% payment obligation applies. After this period, a 100% payment obligation applies.
2.2. Orders will only be shipped after full payment or a pre-agreed deposit for large orders.
2.3. Any costs arising from non-payment of the invoice are the responsibility of the customer.
2.4. Payment of invoices must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
2.5. Deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels the order.
3.1. RC Leotards is not responsible for reimbursing shipped orders that do not arrive. All products are shipped uninsured by default, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be listed on the invoice. The customer can choose between standard or registered shipping.
4.1. Personalized products (e.g., custom-made or specially designed leotards) cannot be returned (exclusion from the right of withdrawal).
4.2. Adjustments to a received personalized product can be discussed with RC Leotards, but additional costs may apply.
4.3. RC Leotards is not responsible for deviations in sizing if the customer has provided their own measurements.
4.4. Small size variations of up to 2 cm are within standard production tolerances and do not warrant reproduction or refund.
4.5. If the customer has measured and submitted the sizes themselves, the customer is responsible for any measurement errors.
4.6. When using an external workshop for large orders, standardized sizes are applied, and custom sizes per individual are not possible.
4.7. RC Leotards is not liable for dissatisfaction with fit if the correct size was delivered according to the fitting leotards.
5.1. Complaints must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the order, either in writing or via email.
5.2. If a complaint is deemed valid, the customer has the right to return the item if it is unworn and unwashed. In such a case, RC Leotards will refund the purchase amount within seven days of receiving the returned item.
5.3. If a product has been used (e.g., worn during competitions or promotional activities), the right to complaint and/or reproduction expires.
5.4. Complaints about sizing must be substantiated with evidence. If necessary, the customer must send the product for review.
5.5. Use of the product after submitting a complaint nullifies the complaint.
6.1. RC Leotards does not offer warranties on glitter fabrics, velour, mesh, or other delicate fabrics, nor on products that have been improperly washed or treated.
6.2. No warranty is provided for 100% fixation of rhinestones. Rhinestones may loosen due to friction, picking, or washing. Possible solutions can be discussed with RC Leotards in advance.
6.3. RC Leotards is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow washing instructions or normal wear and tear.
6.4. For long mats, air tumblings, and other gymnastics equipment, a 2-year factory warranty applies. RC Leotards is not liable for improper use of the product or for any injury resulting from its use.
6.5. RC Leotards is not liable for damage or injury resulting from the use of the products.
7.1. Prices include 21% VAT but exclude shipping costs.
7.2. Items will be reserved for a maximum of 2 weeks without prior agreement. If no payment is received within this period, the order is considered canceled.
7.3. RC Leotards is not responsible for the design chosen by the customer, and any copyright issues are the responsibility of the customer.
7.4. If an order was incorrectly delivered due to an error by RC Leotards, a solution will be discussed. However, if the error was made by the customer (e.g., submitting incorrect sizes), RC Leotards is not obliged to reproduce or compensate the order.
