General terms and conditions RC Leotards

By placing your order with RC Leotards you indicate that you have read the following conditions and agree with the delivery and payment conditions.

1. When you have placed an order, you will receive a digital confirmation. The agreement is concluded after acceptance of the order and confirmation.
2. When RC Leotards is unable to fulfill the order, the customer will be informed digitally. The agreement will then be dissolved without judicial intervention, whereby RC Leotards is not obliged to pay compensation.
3. RC Leotards is not responsible for reimbursing orders shipped but not received. All products are shipped uninsured, unless otherwise agreed.
4. A down payment can be agreed in advance in consultation between supplier and customer.
5. The customer may cancel/revoke the order. Cancellations must be made in writing. Up to 7 days after approval of the offer, the customer has a payment obligation of 30%, after which the customer has a payment obligation of 100%.
6. Orders are shipped after full payment or a pre-agreed down payment for large orders.
7. The shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and will be charged on the invoice. This will be ” standard shipping ” or ” registered shipping ” as per agreement.
8. Payment of the invoice takes place within 14 days.
9. Costs arising from not paying the bill for the orders will be at the expense of the customer.
10. Down payments are non-refundable when the customer cancels his order.
11. Personalised products (for example in accordance with your own design, or tailor made) cannot be returned (excluded from the right of withdrawal). In consultation with RC Leotards it can be agreed to make adjustments to the personalised product you have already received. There may be charges for this.
12. The responsibility for the chosen design on the order lies with the customer. RC Leotards is not liable for any copyright on the ordered design.
13. When your product is ready you will receive an invoice with photos of your order, by payment you agree with the appearance of the product.
14. RC Leotards does not guarantee glitter fabrics, velor, mesh and other fabrics and/or incorrectly washed or incorrectly treated fabrics.
15. The prices include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.
16. Articles will not be reserved for longer than 2 weeks without prior consultation. If no payment is made within this period, it is assumed that the customer wants to cancel the purchase.
17. When RC Leotards delivers a wrong article, or when RC Leotards declares a complaint from the customer justified, the customer has the right to return the article. This is possible if the clothing is unworn. In case of dissolution of the agreement, RC Leotards will credit the amounts paid to the customer within seven days of receipt of the returned item.
18. Your personal data will only be used to process the order.
19. Complaints must be reported to RC Leotards in person, by e-mail or by telephone immediately after receipt up to 5 working days after the order has been sent.
20. Orders for craft/customisation for RC Leotards, can be copied. However, due to the manual work, there is no guarantee for a 100% copy.
21. If an external workshop is used for large orders, the sizes will be standardised. It is therefore not possible to process custom sizes per person.
22. There is no guarantee on 100% fixation of crystals. Scrubbing, plucking or washing can always cause something to come loose. In consultation with RC Leotards we can view/discuss possible solutions in advance.
23. If the customer has measured the measurements himself and passes them on, the customer is responsible for any measurement errors.
24. RC Leotards is not responsible for damage caused by non-compliance with the washing instructions or wear and tear.
25. Long mats, air tumblings and other gymnastics equipment have a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. RC Leotards does not give any warranty in the event of incorrect use of the product and can never be held liable for any injury.
